Pre-Registration is $20 per person by November 5.
If registered by November 5th fees are as follows:
$20 per person
$10 per person for groups of 5 or more.
Day of Registration is $25 per person payable by

Meet up will be at City of Clarksburg
Veterans Memorial Park Freedom Pavillion.

Registration & Check in begins at 10am.

Ruck the Trails 5K will begin at 11am.

5K RUN/WALKACCIDENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM

1. Voluntary Participation: The undersigned individual elects to voluntarily participate in the WV RUCKING THE TRAILS 5K scheduled for Saturday, November 7, 2026.

2. Assumption of Risk: Participation in a running or walking event carries inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, effects of weather, traffic, and road conditions. By signing below, the participant acknowledges these risks and assumes full responsibility for their personal safety and well-being during the event.

3. Medical Fitness: The participant certifies that they are physically fit and have sufficiently trained for completion of this event, and that a licensed medical professional has not advised otherwise.

4. Release and Waiver: The participant hereby releases, waives, and discharges WV RUCKING THE TRAILS 5K, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and sponsors from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of negligence or any property damage, personal injury, or death suffered during the event.

5. Public Image Release: The participant grants permission to the event organizers to use photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for legitimate promotional purposes.
